Group Facility

So finally we managed to add the grouping functionality in SuperManSMS.com. We launched this fucntionality around 3-4 days ago, since then it's been used quite extensively by the users.

On the user front, the userbase of SupermanSMS is growing and it's interesting to see that word of mouth is still the best way of marketing.

Thanks to all the friends and family memebers who have been instrumental in popularizing this service. But this is not even the start we have a long long long way to go.

Right a little note about using groups in SupermanSMS.com. So once you have added your contact in the phone book, all you have to do is select the group from drop down menu next to the contact no and that's it you are done.

So in all a phone no/contact can belong to one group and there can 10 groups (G0-G9) which can be used.

It's been few days since I blogged. I am back in the UK and the weather is really nice here, but ofcourse I miss the India and family.

Anyways like I mentioned in the last post that we are working on some new features for SuperMANSMS.com and they are under way. Honestly I am still not happy with the look feels like something is missing.

Some of the features we will introduce shortly are:

Group facility

Black out time for recieving messages

Addition of second mobile no. to the profile

Editing of Profile.

I hope we will be able to quickly develop the features and for the our users and I hope you will like it.

Now when we are currently piloting http://SuperManSMS.com, we have already started working on the next phase i.e. the new features which will be available on the website in a week or two.

What are the steps for Registering on SupermanSMS?

Well this not a nursery school for teaching how to register on websites. Ok Ok I will help you out. Just click on the SignUP button on

the home page and we will ask you to fill in a form, where you have put your email address(username)  and mobile no. etc.. Once you

have done this, then we will send a verification code by SMS on your mobile no. which you will have to put in the form again. Again fill

in few details and done. We have timed the whole process and it takes precisely 53 seconds hahahahahahah!!!.

What should I do if I have not received the activation code?

Not a problem Sirjee or Madamjee, just click on the button “Send SMS verification code again” and we will send the verification code again to you. 

What should I do if I have not received the password?

That cannot happen, we know that cannot happen. Even it happens just drop an email to us or leave a comment on our blog and we

will sort things out for you. Also, with this we will shoot the techie who did the coding for Registration form, for free.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Not now, please give us sometime to stablize the service and to create other important features of the service. This is on our list but

You see there is a guy amongst us who knows a bit of business and he uses a term “Business case” and we techies are totally illiterate

about it. He says if there will be a business case we will do it, so technically we can do it but because of business case ….. @!£@£$@£,

so if you talk to him and tell him the business case we will do it.

Can I create multiple accounts?

Well at the moment if you have multiple mobile nos. then you have make multiple accounts. So the answer to the question is is is is is is

We at DreamSol understand that mobile subscribers across India send millions of SMS and spend millions of Rupees every day to share their thoughts with their loved ones.

SuperManSMS

After a considerable period of development, yesterday we were able to go live with the basic features of SuperManSMS.com. At the moment the website just offers the very basic unique functionality of broadcasting SMS or rather SMScasting.

I am very excited about the service and I think we will be able to serve our prime customers i.e. anybody who is interested in SMScasting.

The website currently is under construction, nevertheless the core functionality of SuperManSMS.com is working. I was so impatient that I couldn't stop myself in sending the email to few of my known friends for a friendly trial of the service.
